About the Role
The Company is seeking a Career Coach to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting students in their career development journey, including goal setting, decision-making, and accessing education and training opportunities. This role involves providing both group and individual support, conducting assessments, and developing effective coaching strategies to help students overcome challenges and barriers to employment. The Career Coach will also be involved in coordinating supportive services, maintaining student data, and participating in intake and assessment processes. Applicants for the Career Coach position at the company should have a bachelor's degree (preferred) and 1-2 years' of experience in case management, social work, or a related field. Essential qualifications include excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with data entry in CRM platforms. The role requires a high level of comfort with data and a commitment to a data-driven culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program planning, the ability to manage multiple obligations, and a proven track record of working with diverse populations. A positive, energetic, and entrepreneurial attitude, as well as experience in public speaking, volunteer management, or curriculum development, are also desirable.
