Job Description

We are seeking individuals who would be interested in a part-time intermittet role to support our ongoing sales and marketing efforts at Green Meadows by effectively communicating and promoting brand awareness to clients through pop-ups around the State of Massachusetts.   You will act as “face” of brand with our various vendors, representing our brand in a positive and professional manner.  This position will be approximatly 10-12 hours a month.  Great job for students looking to augment their sales and marketing courses or those who want to get their foot in the door in this exciting industry.  

Duties include

• Communicate with current vendors/dispensaries during pop-ups
• Run/execute pop-ups throughout the state of MA multiple times per month(Setting up, working, breaking down).
• Complete Reports based on information gathered at pop-ups.
• Maintain the organization of all client scheduling.
• Plan and develop merchandising, menu placement, and visibility strategies for each unique retail account.
• Collaborate with customers to create attractive sales floor displays and make sure that our product is prominently displayed.
• Create and produce layout plans for stores to ensure optimal in-store presence
• Perform additional duties, as requested by management.

Minimum Experience:  

• Prior experience in sales would be preferred or currently in a sales and marketing cirruculum in school
• Knowledge of cannabis (flower, rosin, MIPs, etc.) and be able to effectively communicate that with customers and clients.  Training will be available

Physical

Regularly required to perform grasping, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions. Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs., reach arms above head, and stand for up to 5 hours a day. 

 

Hours & Conditions

Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Work is generally conducted in heated and air-conditioned areas; however, employee may work outside during Spring, Summer and Fall.    Must have reliable and insured transportation.  Must have a driver’s license. 

 

Other

Authorization to work in the United States, or the ability to obtain the same.
Must obtain a State Agent Card.
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
Must pass all required background checks.
Must have a car or other means of transportation.
