Education/Experience:

College Degree Preferred or equivalent 2-5 years relevant work experience

Proficient Computer Skills, Microsoft Suite, Point of Sale, and Cash Management

Technical Skills:

Microsoft Office

Job Description :

Overview of the Position: Responsible for maintaining and establishing an environment with the highest level of leadership, customer service, merchandising standards and store operations. Partner and support the management team with staff development and store operations.

Job Requirements/Responsibilities:

· Partner with Store Manager to train/develop Associates to deliver the highest level of customer service and enhance the consumer experience

· Lead by example; deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals and store standards as outlined by Management.

· Act as the Manager in Charge when Store Manager is not available, coach and provide feedback throughout the selling process.

· Assign and manage daily duties/tasks of associates as directed by the Store Manager.

· Assist in the education and training of all team members in all store promotions, events, policies and procedures; engage and communicate the expectations and hold staff accountable for following store guidelines.

· Provide feedback to the Store Manager on performance of staff and all other business needs

· Develop the skills of Sales Associates to ensure the highest level of customer service, product knowledge, and merchandising

· Be available to assist Sales Associates during peak business hours by being on the floor

· Liaison between the Store Manager and Sales Associates

· Create an environment that embraces the brand, and work diligently to meet company revenue goals

· Assist in the execution of successful merchandising plans and revenue driving events

· Responsible for opening/closing procedures per company policy.

· Must be a team player, highly organized, productive and maintain a professional appearance and respectful business- like manner

· Follow through on all commitments made to customers and/or sales associates

· Act as a liaison between sales and upper management

· Work a variety of shifts to meet the business needs including nights, weekends and holidays

· Ability to be flexible and willing to work extended hours when necessary

· Travel as required.

· Other duties as assigned.
