Job Description

As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll be the right-hand person to our seasoned Project Managers, assisting in planning, coordinating, and executing various construction projects with precision and excellence. Your role will involve hands-on involvement in all stages of project development, from scheduling and budgeting to quality control and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Project Managers in overseeing day-to-day operations of construction projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
• Assist in preparing project proposals, budgets, and timelines
• Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and materials to maintain project efficiency
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns promptly

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in concrete construction
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of construction regulations, codes, and safety protocols
