Summary :

The Assistant Building Testing Technician is a hands-on member of Entegrity’s Energy Services team. The right person for this role will be hard-working, a team player, excited to learn and be challenged, willing to travel, and interested in developing career skills . Working under the leadership of experienced Building Testing Professionals, this role offers an opportunity to learn and develop specialized skills and education in the wide world of testing and evaluating commercial building construction. No specialized experience is required.

Typical Duties :

Assist with coordinating and performing building testing to include but not limited to the following services:

• Indoor Air Quality Testing
• Air Barrier Testing
• Water Intrusion Testing
• Building Materials Testing
• Review design documents
• Assist with the development of building testing documentation

Qualifications :

• Computer competency and able to learn new software programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Construction experience
• Understanding of building envelope design and construction
• High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Demands :

• Ability to continuously sit, stand or walk.
• Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs and lift frequently.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.

Work environment :

• Office, cubicle or workstation
