This role is focused on concepting, creating and overseeing the production for perception-changing brand campaigns. It will blend strategic, conceptual thinking with hands-on execution. Additionally responsible for a range of ongoing brand work and marketing communications, both internal- and external-facing. Required Skills & Experience•A portfolio of previous work demonstrating both self-produced and directed graphic design and production skills, particularly in multichannel campaign work. Agency experience with multiple clients and campaigns is essential. Familiarity with large-scale live events is ideal.•Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, in particular InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; also Figma, and familiarity with trends in motion graphics and video editing direction.•Solid ability designing in PowerPoint, with functional ability in Word and Excel•Fluency with brand social media best practices and content creation•Proficient knowledge of core Microsoft Office applications, in particular Outlook and Teams; and project management tool Monday.com•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on details and accuracy.•Proficiency in both conceptual and production design•Impeccable taste and an eye for branded design, layout and typography.Capable of troubleshooting and resolving design challenges.
