We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team for a long-term contract in Atlanta, GA (hybrid). Contract Duration: 12 Months on W2 with the potential to extend or convert Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Business Analyst in an IT environment. Proficient in using Agility or similar agile project management tools. Solid understanding of Agile principles and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical deliverables Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders Familiarity with airline operations or travel industry IT systems is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is highly desirable. Responsibilities What You Will Be Doing ???Leading and facilitating Scrum events like Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Story Grooming, Demos, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective Ensuring these events are effective and focused on achieving team goals. Identifying and removing obstacles that hinder the team's progress. Acting as a liaison between the Scrum team and external stakeholders to address issues, including initiative Kickoffs, feedback loops and progress discussions. Coaching the Scrum team and the wider organization on Scrum theory and practice. Helping the team understand and adopt Agile principles and best practices. Empowering the team to self-organize and make decisions about their work. Fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Identifying areas for improvement in the team's workflow and processes. Experimenting with new approaches and practices to enhance team performance. Acting as a bridge between the Scrum team and other stakeholders, including product owners and management. Communicating the team's progress and challenges effectively.
