Promote Agile behaviors, values, and best practices to optimize squad performance. Lead and coordinate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, retrospectives). Identify opportunities for team improvement and introduce industry best practices for continuous enhancement. Support backlog management and ensure work is accurately balanced across team members. Ensure that all tasks are tracked in JIRA/Kanban boards and progress is accurately reflected. Maintain and update squad process metrics and artifacts for clear communication with stakeholders. Drive collaboration and transparency across teams by reinforcing Agile norms and accountability. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve strategic portfolio planning. Enhance clarity in Agile execution through JIRA Align and other Agile tools.
