 My client is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their finance department. As an AR Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining their financial health and ensuring timely collections. 

 Responsibilities for Accounts Receivable Specialist:

•  Process incoming payments and accurately post them to customer accounts.
•  Prepare and issue invoices and statements to clients.
•  Contact customers to follow up on outstanding payments.
•  Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
•  Monitor aging reports and prioritize collections efforts.
•  Suggest and implement improvements to optimize AR processes.
•  Communicate with internal teams to resolve billing inquiries.

‍ Qualifications for Accounts Receivable Specialist:

•  Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
•  Proven experience in accounts receivable or related finance roles.
• 易 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• ️ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• 欄 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• ️ Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
•  Bonus points for AR certifications.
