Accounts Receivable Specialist

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• Clean up aged AR by researching unapplied credits/debits and matching payments to open items
• Accurately post payments and reconcile customer accounts
• Make collection calls and send follow-ups on both past-due and current accounts to maintain cash flow
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams
• Maintain organized records of collection efforts and account statuses
• Support AR operations by reducing account "noise" and assisting with ad-hoc tasks as needed

• 3+ years of relevant Accounts Receivable experience
• Detail-oriented, team players apply!
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel, including filtering and look up functions
