Estamos buscando un Asistente de Contabilidad altamente motivado y detallista para unirse a nuestro equipo. El candidato ideal será responsable de apoyar las actividades diarias del departamento de contabilidad, asegurando que las operaciones financieras se gestionen de manera eficiente y conforme a las normativas aplicables.
Responsabilidades:
• Registrar y clasificar transacciones financieras en el sistema contable.
• Preparar y mantener registros financieros precisos y actualizados.
• Asistir en la preparación de estados financieros y reportes mensuales.
• Reconciliar cuentas bancarias y de balance general.
• Ayudar en el procesamiento de cuentas por pagar y cuentas por cobrar.
• Apoyar en la preparación y presentación de declaraciones fiscales.
• Colaborar en la auditoría interna y externa.
• Gestionar y archivar documentos contables y financieros.
• Brindar soporte administrativo en otras tareas contables según sea necesario.
Requisitos:
• Estudios en Contabilidad
• Atención al detalle y habilidades analíticas
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización
• Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo
