Job Description
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Entry-Level Accountant to join our team in Secaucus, New Jersey. This is a contract to permanent opportunity, and you will gain exposure to core accounting processes and collaborate with international teams.
Responsibilities: • Input and process accounting data with accuracy and attention to detail. • Utilize Excel to organize and analyze financial information effectively. • Communicate directly with overseas agents and operational offices to ensure smooth workflow. • Support the accounting center and settlement group in managing financial transactions. • Learn and adapt quickly to new systems and procedures. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks. • Contribute to maintaining organized financial records and documentation.• No prior accounting experience required, but willingness to learn is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis.
• Strong communication skills to interact with international agents and teams.
• Ability to work in a structured and detail-focused manner.
• Quick learner with excellent organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with accounting processes or systems is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
